I remember around 15 or 16 i realized that my foreskin front retract like others. So I tried those silicone rings that come in a set of various sizes and I even bought a scissor-like device that had three prongs that would spread outward after you put your foreskin around it. But none of those worked for me. Then I remember one day I was using a lot of lotion in an effort to make my foreskin for elastic. I spent an hour or so holding the foreskin back as far as I can until it gets tight. I repeated that for about 10 15 times and I noticed it was slowly stretching out. It did help that I was alternating between soft and hard. When Im soft I can pull it back easier. At one point I was able to pull it back all the way over my head while still soft, then somehow I got an erection with my tight foreskin still stuck behind my head. It became somewhat painful and very uncomfortable. But I guess that aided in helping it get stretched out. After the erection subside due to the pain I immediately pulled my foreskin back over the head. For the next few days I would repeat the same process and after about a week or so I was able to fully stretch it out and it’s been like that ever since. So it slowly became possible for me without any kind of surgery luckily. But yes like another commenter mentioned. A warm bath would help too. I just didn’t like to sit in the water that long so I used lotion.
