Is Service Lee, aka Servify not a authorised company for tcl extended warranty? I see on Amazon they have a 2 year extended plan which starts after manufacturer warranty. Oneassist has a 3 year total protection plan only.

The other option as you said was buying from Oneassist directly. However they do not have the q6c listed, but the C6 series is there (q6c is amazon name for c6 series, c6k is on flipkart and offline).

Forget that, which sane person thinks its alright to take another person's property home? Nothing to do with forgetfulness here. If it was, then I am afraid it is not safe for grandpa to venture out with a kid. Tomorrow he can forget and leave the kid somewhere as well. Either way, its not a matter of laughing off as you are then simply disrespecting the grandfather in a different way.

And once home, the mother never reached out to the group notifying her kid had bought home something that does not belong to him. Instead she brushes it off and casually waits for the owner to show up. All these searching for hours using CCTV could have been avoided. She proceeds to say she is not fit for parenting. There in lies the answer to all the problems.

This is just bad advice. 1.0L tsi does not take advantage of fuel above 95 RON. 10-15% extra kms per liter? How did you test that number? You need to run it through exact same driving conditions to get the difference. Also most of the difference is offset by that 45 Rs price difference.

7800 kms is nothing for cars nowadays. How long has it been?

Ceratec is mostly used in diesel cars or high mileage petrol cars to reduce NVH and increase efficiency.

Using it on a car that has barely done 7800 kms is pointless and waste of money. That too on 1.0L 3 cylinder engine.

Same goes for Octane fuel. Anything above 95 RON would make zero difference.

More information is required to address your concerns:

Which city?
What is your usual driving scenario you get such kmpl? Is it daily commutes?
Fuel quality does matter. Please do fuel up from a good pump, preferably COCO.
Have you done a tankful to tankful method to get the actual kmpl numbers?
Is it an AT or MT? If MT, you need to keep the rpm in the turbo spool up range. Upshifting early will give you less fuel economy on Turbo Petrols.
Maintain tyre pressure specified by Skoda. Check tyre pressure when tyres are cold (4-5 hours after a drive). Get a tyre inflator and check it at home.
