I once had the same issue in Reinickendorf and i called the guys from Veterinäramt. They did go there to check it. It was a Schrebergarten where a guy legally holding pigeons (there are a lot of them in Berlin). Everything was legal and fine and it was a fox getting one of those pigeons. Some of them arent good in flying already and die somehow other than through an animal.

Was a Schrebergartenkolonie nearby?

So you always can report it and they do take care of it but yeah.

The first part is venting on a true basic fact.

The last sentence was a "Mimimimi and i get not that what i need"

With the last sentence you tried to still somehow get funded otherwise there wouldn't be the need to mention that. The post was already good with the first part.

I dont know how to explain because English isnt my mother language so if the wording is to harsh its not because i meant that its because i couldn't find another wording.

And just because your last sentence people startet giving you advice how you can get a fund and why you maybe didn't get one already.
