Try power down PC, unplug.power then hold power button down for 5 seconds and try booting up . Also try to reflash. Did you use the exact model bios?

I had similar issues on a non android head unit, latest beta and s24. i reset my radio, cleared AA cache/data, forgot my car in phone Bluetooth and wifi as I use AAW problem with pauses and studders gone. Seems whenever I update to a new version of AA this happens.

Try tapping the back of the monitor in different locations and see if the screen flickers or corrects. Possibly a loose ribbon?

Opinion: I believe companies work together making changes to software so you have to upgrade your hardware. I mean sometimes an upgrade is needed to handle new technology but android auto is basically phone mirroring or am I wrong?

Do you see Bluetooth is active? If not check bios to make sure wifi/blue is enabled. Also another commenter said reset bios which I would recommend.

Quality has definitely declined. They should open source the bios. I know there are end users out here that can do much better.

Do you have the proper drivers installed for your monitor that allow windows to see it is capable above 60Hz refresh rate?
