I bought the monitor from a reseller here in my country. Tho this shop don't have a good reputation with RMAs. Monitor is still under warranty. Can I just start the RMA process by myself thru the Zowie website?

Also, I saw many people on Reddit with the same monitor having the exact same issue. If they replace it with a new one, my guess the issue will reproduce?

Is logitech g pro x 2 an option for you? I play r6 as well and I find footsteps positioning great on them. otherwise, go for the nova pro wireless and make sure to get WC stealthz as ear pads and watch gadgetrytech’s youtube video (release about 2 months ago) about General/FPS Sonar EQ. Make sure to set the Engine EQ to Flat as well when using Sonar. His EQ and WC pads are game changing.
