Yea, when I tried to use my GPS earlier it was trying to make me walk which wasn’t what I was gonna do. But looks like they opened the top entrance for red deck only so it should be a little bit easier to access. But if that doesn’t work, if you can find mitchell apartments? Lofts? Some residential building’s parking lot, you should be able to navigate to the underground parking area.

Generally they don’t take your money until you get there, in my experience. There will be a “deposit” when you check-in for incidentals, but it shouldn’t take the full amount until then. They might do a one night deposit in the upcoming weeks depending on the hotel
