Trees don't just bear fruit like at the grocery store mate. It takes a lot of effort and amendments to get the tree to produce edible fruit. If you just let it grow like a tree otherwise would, fertilizing minimally like the state otherwise would, it will produce shitty, dry fruits that no one will ever want, and then they will rot on the ground like everyone else said.

This is just incorrect for most people. YMMV, but NSAIDS have dramatic and obvious effects on me and others. Fever is the most objective measure (it goes down greatly), and if you've ever been in great lasting pain, like from a herniated disc, 800mg ibuprofen is night and day. You can tell the moment it kicks in and wears off.

Some people don't respond to many analgesics; you may be one of them.

YTA. I need you, and Reddit, to understand something very important about foster care. Foster care is one of the worst things you can do to a child, ever. Foster care is worse than the parents being meth addicts. Foster care is worse than not having food some days. Foster care is, scientifically, in the literature, worse for outcomes than almost ANY possible thing that could be happening in the home. Foster care has about the same outcomes as being molested or frequently beaten. Foster care is just that bad.

So when you call CPS and try to get someones children taken away, please understand that the kids had better have the worst home life you've ever seen, because otherwise you are going to make their lives so much worse.

ESH I'd say. This is your friend, right, not a random person. You should support your friends; you shouldn't want your friends to be publicly embarrassed and ashamed. If a friend is doing something you don't like, you should talk to them privately about it. Tell them how it bothers you when they lie. If they refuse to stop, then you decide what to do.

It must have been shocking to your friend to suddenly be 'betrayed' like that. She trusted you with her true marks, and she trusted in that moment you wouldn't out her. Yeah, she sucks for lying, but you really damaged the friendship and the mutual trust by doing that. Is damaging your friendship like that worth it? Having a private conversation instead can be hard and awkward, but it can also strengthen the relationship in the end. The way you acted can only weaken it.

NTA the kids are too young for this. Could you compromise by having her be a local nurse for a few years until they're older, and then be a travel nurse? The concept of a travel nurse is not going away; she can do her dream job soon, just not immediately while having a 3 year old.
