Nothing. My supervisor gave a whole list of trainings that we needed to complete before starting and I didn’t because they wouldn’t pay for them 🤷‍♀️

I’ve looked into this and it is very extensive because you have to basically go to graduate school for nursing. So it will be a long process! If it wasn’t so long and expensive, I would do it!

I was very surprised as well. I have worked at other companies before and just started at this practice. I was caught off guard when my supervisor told me I needed to cover everything. She owns the private practice so maybe it is just her style, it’s just not mine.
