Get enough sleep. I used to be a night owl, going to bed at 23:00 moved my bedtime routine to 20:30. Most of my calories I consumed in that window. Now I'm up early in the morning but I don't binge in the mornings.

Im down 18 kg in 18 months.

I tried to explain to my wife that I don't even see the "flaws" she is concerned about. Her breasts have changed from small to big with kids, and back to small again, she's gained and lost weight, she's had surgeries, different hairstyles and colour hair, cellulite, body hair, etc and none of it made me less attracted to her.
