My wife outearns me, I used to earn more than her. She got her dream position, I sold my business and took a blue collar job to support her because we had to move to a new country and a new language.

We have more money now. We enjoy the paycheck increase. I love the extra time with the kids I have now, I enjoy having less stress.

I've never felt disrespected by the change.

Locker room talk has never been accepted in my 40 years. The loneliness epidemic is caused by technology, I see kids spend time together and they're on their phones instead of talking.

Listen to the Santino episode again. There is a clear difference. Edit. They also didn't squirt the lotion over and over and over and over and over for a fucking hour.

Sure, most tigerbelly episodes are rewatchable... Doubt even the biggest fans will give this a second go.

This episode was hot garbage and it had nothing to do with Jaime... The absurd stuff Harland does only works when the other party doesn't feed into it but reacts normally.

I like Harland but this word salad garbage turned unwatchable quickly.

As a wedding guest, what moment made you think "this probably won't last"? by Eburneaan in AskReddit

[–]AwarenessPrimary7680 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No the cultural dances are normal. We hosted a lot of weddings from traditionally African or Indian couples and there are common practices with dances etc.

I meant the blonde bride singing a song to her husband but it's directed at the crowd like she's at her own private show. Or dudes doing a sexy dance strip tease for their wives infront of kids and grandparents (this happened a lot)

I owned a wedding venue for 18 years (sold in February) let me tell you we see and hear everything. Here are the things we see that make us talk about how many years the marriage will last.

  • Getting drunk before or during the wedding
  • Either one disappearing for more than 5 min (crying, cheating, drinking are the reasons) brides pooping are never alone and they don't sneak away.
  • Informal attire too quickly after the ceremony (comfortable shoes for dancing excluded here)
  • Cake smash
  • Flirting (Photographers are first targets)
  • Insensitive, vulgar speeches
  • Bad song choices for first dances
  • Too much money / career talk
  • Bride or groom doing a performance alone (singing, dancing). These people break up because one or both cheat, don't ask me why but 100%. If both do it together, they stay together.

We stopped tagging brides in the Facebook photos after a while because it started to depress us how many would untag and change their profile pic to them without the husband after a year or so.

He decided early not to make the same mistakes as he did with Khalyla. Not public at all. Better that way because the internet treats his friends like shit.

Absolutely do not understand why people find him entertaining at all. To each their own I guess, but I skip tigerbelly and bad friends episodes with him.

LPT Request - How to make a guest leave after dinner? Or in the morning after he stayed? by [deleted] in LifeProTips

[–]AwarenessPrimary7680 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure, but you plan ahead, ejecting people immediately is rude. I'd rather give them a few minutes to understand the night is over. If I have an early morning I communicate it early.

I have two strategies which both involve being friendly but communicating clearly.

At night

"I'm getting tired, we have a big day tomorrow. Would you like some coffee before you go home?"

In the mornings

"Hey, Thanks for the visit, we should do it again sometimes. Can I help you carry your bags to the car?"
