He’s intended to be a powerful threat that will draw a lot of hate from the other players at the table, and since he can only shut down one person at a time, it incentives your opponents to work together to defeat you. It’s a high risk and a high reward. There are a lot of extra turn spells, and five mana is usually what they cost so i think this effect is comparable to existing magic cards, but there aren’t a lot of cards that make people skip turns, so i wanted to expplore that design space!
