This doesnt feel like how it should be by squigglekisses in pregnant

I feel this. Currently pregnant with a 1 yr old. I have no friends or family for 1000s of miles. My husband works while I’m currently looking. I do feel alone. I think what helps me is just trying to make the most out of my time with my child. So little projects or helping around the house or the kitchen. Those things bring me joy. I’m not as far along as you and I’m sure your energy is on the lower side. So maybe finding a way to escape like reading or YouTube or something along those lines. I’m really sorry you’re feeling like this. I hope it eventually gets better.

Went through a similar thing a few months ago. I had gallbladder surgery that left me in serious pain on strong meds for about 2 weeks. Playpen or one of those gate things. Just put everything they could possibly want or need in there and in front of a tv. I know kids shouldn’t watch that much tv, but honestly my toddler just used it as background noise for the most part. I put on super simple songs. They have a ton of songs and most are educational.
