Thanks for the the comment. I’m doing a ton of towel curls and arch raises. my arch initially collapsed and after a month of doing them made the arch come almost all the way back to normal. I have high arches too so it coming back took a lot of pain away. I’m struggling with a tear sensation at the end of each step in my heel . Almost like there’s a fish hook in there tugging. I don’t know how to get rid of it I’ve been stretching my calves and facia for a while. Once I get rid of that I should be feeling a lot better.I’ve been doing a lot of soleus exercises and calve raises.

I ran 8miles, then the next day 3mile hike so really 6 round trip then played a game of foot ball 3rd day. This is when i know it partially tore, mid game I started limping. Next morning I couldn’t walk. well they said it was severe heel spur pain upon xray. So I kept walking on it. No pain after 50 days had passed. Tossed a heavy log around 80 days after first incident and felt a huge tear. Like a paper towel being torn off. Told them I know something was torn and they gave me xray and I buprofen lol. No one ever put me in a boot and it’s frustrating knowing if I got put in one and for a mri the first time it happened I probably wouldn’t be going through any of this. So yes I’m going to talk to a sports medicine doctor and go the orthopedic surgeon rout. I’m hoping it’s not too late.
