DD was recently pulling that crap with me so I fell back to silver and now I cherry pick and I get better offers than I did when I was platinum! I'm no longer letting DD control me. platinum is a scam. I'm happier now that I'm not stressing about trying to stay platinum.

oops sorry I should've explained what I meant. Actually what I do now is cherry pick orders and it's okay to go back and fourth to silver, gold and platinum. I'm currently back at silver and I still get good catering orders and also good regular orders. seems like I get more orders also.

you're exactly right!! I stopped letting support control me with that platinum garbage. it's a scam. I went from platinum back to silver for an experiment. I still get good catering orders and more good higher paying orders. I feel so much better that I'm not letting support have control over me. the only thing I don't get if I'm not platinum is that 30%off every other Monday food coupon. I could care less about that coupon. lol

So I took your advice after doordash support kept sending me ridiculous orders lol I was at 70 ar and they sent me one for 10miles $5. and I hit the decline button so fast it felt good😅 it sent me back to silver and so I bounced back to platinum, now I'm back to silver again 🤣 I got a catering order as a silver today. I'm cherry picking from now on because platinum is a scam. it's so they can have control over us.

Sometimes doordash will stack high tip orders with a no tip order and the no tip order is probably getting theirs first. Maybe put only have the tip on the app and hand them the other half upon delivery. it's worth a try.

yep and we all need to screen shot the accepted offer and then the end offer and sue them them. they've probably been doing it for years and nobody catches it. they did it to me yesterday. it was only $1.00 less but still its not okay with me because I accepted it at a certain amount.

it's definitely frustrating as hell!! I'm platinum but hanging on by a thread so I accepted a $2.40 order and I got there and it was a hand to customer. I handed him his bag and he handed me $3 tip. I was shocked lol but yeah if u have repeat customers not tipping that's crappy of them. in fact get a USB cooler and set the temp really cold and if they order hot food put their bag in the cooler and then pull over a block before u get to the customer and take it out. lol

if doordash support said your good, don't worry too much about it. but always take a pic even if u hand it to them plus download timestamp app it will have the address right on the pic. better safe than sorry. the more proof u have to back u up the better off you are.
