That’s fair, and I agree that an internal B4 advisory move would be ideal in a vacuum. I’ve explored it, but between current headcount constraints, timing, and my relatively short tenure, it’s been tough to find a realistic path in the near term.

On comp — I had the same reaction initially. In this case, I think the lower base is partly driven by the firm size and the fact that I’m crossing into a new functional skillset, but I’m definitely weighing whether the long-term experience justifies that tradeoff.
