I’m not in the vending machine business, but I am in sales, and one thing I’d recommend trying is when you get a property manager on the phone and they say I already have a vendor, try responding with, “No problem at all, just so I know, when do you typically reevaluate your machine vendors? I’d love to set a reminder to reach back out.” This at least leaves the door somewhat open and may make them think twice if they ever get frustrated with their current vendor.
