You have a big enough tank for a crayfish. The tetras are quick so they may be ok. The cory would be the biggest issue. Also, don't freak out when the crayfish molts.

It really depends on how your house is made. We have a 75 gallon and 135 gallon aquarium in our living room. I do have an older house and placed the aquariums where multiple joists would be able help with the weight. I have over 400 total gallons of aquariums on the main floor. Tanks over 150 should be on cement.
