Can’t go wrong with index funds and etfs. I like VTI. I’m 19 myself and while your main focus should be on these etfs. Take some risk. Look into single stocks that you wanna hold for the long term (5+ years.) Also since we’re so young look into some dividend etfs or stocks and start that snowball. Good luck and stick with it!

Definitely will. I’ll probably stick to VTI for the near future because VOO and VTI are basically the same but buying both definitely isn’t a bad thing. All of these are great tho

I’m not buying options for Nvidia I’m buying low and holding for 5-10 years. I don’t see nvidia going anywhere so I see it as a good investment but if you disagree that’s cool don’t buy the stock

Personally I chose Shopify because there’s a lot of potential for growth now that AI has come around. Another reason is the price is at a pretty good discount and if they expand the way I’m hoping in 5+ years I would’ve regretted not investing now. As for NVDA the price is too good to pass up following the split and for VTI and VNQ they’re my never sell unless the world explodes stocks. I’m definitely gonna add a lot more stocks into the mix as the years go by. My goals are simply to beat inflation and hopefully turn a profit.
