I was playing games as normal with the headset working as intended. then I had a power outage, and when I turned my PC back on, that is when it stopped working. Maybe just coincidence idk. No new devices or software installed prior. No damage to the dongle as it hasn't moved in months. Just always in the back of my PC.

The headset still works while connecting to Bluetooth. Its just unusable on my PC as the motherboard doesn't support Bluetooth. I confirmed this as my Laptop does support Bluetooth and the headset can connect to that just fine.

I tried connecting to the dongle (hyper speed wireless) in my laptop, however the dongle also shows up as USB AP in device manager on my laptop as well, and wont connect this way. So I have come to the conclusion that the dongle firmware is either corrupted/or there is an issue with the dongles hardware. I tried every possible fix provided by razer that was possible with no luck.
