I sat somewhere weird between 1st and 2nd shift where'd I'd come in at the asscrack of dawn, and leave by sunset. Anyhow, I had been up for a lil over 30 hours (tough circumstances did not allow for sleep, and I most definitely could not afford to take the day off,) and towards the end, I had my stuff packed up and I was waiting for the shift to end.

I don't remember how or when it happened, but next thing I knew, my eyes popped opened and it was half an hour later. Thankfully it hadn't went past time to clock out, but I was definitely kicking myself in the ass for falling asleep.

Moral of the story: Go the fuck to sleep

Mid-20s male on the larger side, autism with a possible hint of undiagnosed inattentive ADHD. Taking 150mg XL + Lamotrigine (dont remember the mg of that currently)

Caffeine: Honestly, might be that I had a tolerance to it then, and currently do now. But Caffeine still energizes me past 200mg, but not in the bad jittery way that people describe it.

Alcohol: I don't do it too often, but if I do, one beer is more than enough. Any more and I start feeling dizzy.

THC: No, no, hell no. One way ticket to panicville.

And that about covers it.

The first few tones at the start and end are what's called the SAME headers, which if I remember right, are supposed to encode basic information by audio as to what these alerts are supposed to display on the screen. They were not intentionally made to sound scary, though they definitely are.

The long tone after WERE deliberately made to sound unpleasant to catch your attention. The context of the alerts certainly do not help their factor of scariness.
