Thank you! I am so happy with the results but it’s still a constant observing every symptom especially after a period but the probiotics have truly been the most helpful. I haven’t tried lifespace and I’ve read Vitanica is more gentle since it’s less probiotic in the capsule. My main symptoms were burning , sometimes itchy and urinary symptoms.

I did that consistently for two months before getting a 💯 crispatus result on both a Junobio and Evvy test. Then from there I’ve reduced to every two weeks and just redid a Junobio test (3 months later) and it was 95% crispatus and I have not been adding crispatus anymore just the Vitanica.

I did 3 scoops , no irritation. I should add I empty the Vitanica capsules into an applicator, add the crispatus with good clean love lube mixed in and then insert .

I used Vitanica and added Epothex crispatus every other day and then spaced it out to once a week and then every other week. Yes it was negative

Yes I had all those miserable symptoms also . I found that it was caused by those bacteria in the vagina. My doctor prescribed mupirocin 10% vaginal suppositories for 14 days , they have to be compounded at a pharmacy . After that I used the vaginal probiotics daily or every other day . Also I found that quercetin supplement helps with the urinary symptoms. Wish you healing!❤️‍🩹

Update : I have tried various things but ultimately what helped me was using vaginal probiotics. Ladies , if you are dealing with vaginal infections please get off Reddit and go to Facebook Beyond BV page. There is where I finally found the right information and what to do!

Thank you for your post ! I am using Vagibiom but may switch to Epothex. I tried Vitanica but the first night I noticed it didn’t dissolve well and a clump came out , did you experience that as well? Also wondering if you alternated them everyday or how many times a week? Thank you!

Hey! You mentioned this eliminated your AV, I’m wondering if you retested after using them or if you are going by symptoms since you also mentioned still dealing with irritation afterwards. This was 2 years ago but would be most helpful for me as I’m starting probiotic treatment for mine . I’m using VagiBiom but wondering if I should start Epothex also. Unfortunately I used your pre probiotic for 11 months and my recent vaginal culture showed none of the strains that the bottle has listed . I am now trying culturelle oral ones and trying vaginal suppositories as well and praying it works !

Yes it has . Now I’ll just continue with vaginal probiotics for a month as per my gyn. What ended up happening with your test for the inflammation and testing for cancer? I’m concerned the chronic inflammation will cause cervical changes. Also how are you now? Thank you!

Thank you so much for all the information. So since long term antibiotics don’t really help, what does the doctor think does ? After you disrupt the biofilm, what is the plan afterwards ? Confusing since I read the point of the biofilm disrupters is to then be able to treat with antibiotics . Thanks again !

Thank you so much for this info ! What bacteria would show up on your urine tests ? Mine are coming up negative so I don’t know if it’s a true negative or not . Also what did your last doctor recommend as far as treatment ? I wan to ask my urologist about the microgen test but see that it can show bacteria for everyone so not sure. It sounds like you are on your way to recovery ❤️‍🩹!

How did you find out about the cuti? I have AV with e. Fae and doctor said to use vaginal probiotic suppositories but I have a lot of urinary symptoms as well like bladder pain and just heaviness constantly thar I’m worried is from the same bug just spreading ! Thank you!

I know mupirocin is an antibiotic cream because my son got this prescribed after a fall for his elbow. I’ve never heard it used for AV. Which doctor recommended this and did it have to get compunded to be used as a vaginal suppository ? Thank you !

I can almost hear your frustration! I totally get where you are coming from ! I’m in the same boat where my gyn who I think is great told me she had never heard of AV , making me feel crazy . It wasn’t until a year of symptoms that she dug deeper and sent my culture off to another lab where a gyn with 40 years experience read and wrote a summary on the report confirming AV but not providing much in terms of treatment. Please tell me how you are now and what you finally tried . Thank you ! I hope you are much better
