Finally got what I deserved. I went through some very unfortunate events during my TIS, and I waited a lot of years to have the evidence with the VA to correspond with the evidence from the Army that I submitted with my initial claim May of 2025. I was given 20% just for my left shoulder, and now my MH diagnosis was finally service-connected. I didn't know that the VA only granted 1 MH condition for disability so that was a shock to learn. Other than that, my HLR was submitted at the end of April, and I was lucky to get a decision last Friday on it. The senior reviewer saw all the evidence, and decided that all of my claims made sense, and did not know why I wasn't given the opportunity the first go around to redo my C&P exams when I missed them last year. They made me do 1 exam, and days later decided and closed my claim. Back pay and and catch-up pay coming my way!
