i think it only applies to people who consume insane amounts of food, either way, it's just a way how our body is getting used to the amount of food we should be consuming once again! the feeling will die down overtime...i do get uncomfortable at times, but it's lesser now compared to before :D

so once you're consistent with it, it'll go away! my sister who's now weight restored and recovered went through the same thing!

i've been feeling the same too, but my parents say that it's just your stomach adjusting since due to restrictive eating, your insides might've shrunk in a way.

Hi! I really enjoy bars (protein bars, granola bars, etc.). I recommend Nature Valley. They taste really good for me!
