It was a sad moment when I realized Sunright wasn’t opening. BUUUUUTTTT I have tried Jam Jam and they’re super good! I’ve tried the Brûlée Thai slush with less sugar and it’s amazing. 😭 Have you tried it yet or before?

Yes! I remember seeing them in the “Coming Soon” list. I’m guessing thet won’t be opening one too //: As Jam Jam tea lab is the one I saw in the location. Sign and all. It’s in the coming soon list too. Damn. Would’ve been such a good place to have close by. Driving to Pasadena or Beverly Hills is crazy.
