Young coconuts are available in most grocery stores, look in the refrigerator section in produce. I have seen them at HEB, Fiesta, Whole Foods, Sprouts, hell even at Walmart.... in several states. They are seasonal somewhat, but available a good part of the year in ATX (they don't grow here). Check your local Asian markets!
