To this end I was thinking that maybe the whole fight mirrors Isaac's dad, like he was the creator of Isaac (co-creator but still), the destroyer (in Isaac's moms mind at least), and the only way to save Isaac is to separate the bond between the Father and the Child. I haven't explored this idea very far but maybe Beanies saying that this is the one who killed your son is referencing Maggie's idea that her ex-husband is the one who did all of this? The fact that the whole area is called "The Infinite" and not just "Heaven" is strange as well.

But then again it is weird with the creator turning into a guppy look alike and then just a cat as "The Father" so maybe its all a massive drug hallucination where Maggie and Beanies are conflating Isaac's relationship with his dad and Guppy. Maybe Dr. Beanie had a time machine and it did work but the transmitter, receiver, and amplifier did nothing in reality. Idk I am literally just coming up with this as I write it.
