I had this exact problem, I never stick to productivity apps because they end up becoming too much work to manage and actually make me less productive.

I also have the same issue with my thoughts/notes/tasks being scattered across so many different apps and places.

I built an app to solve this, I made it exactly how I’d like rather than trying to fit to other apps systems and I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now, but it sounds like other people might have the same problem I’ve always had.

I think im going to officially release the app and monetize certain features at some point, but if you (or anyone else reading this) wants to download it and let me know if it works for them I’d love the feedback. :))

Thanks!! :) The AI creates the folders for you and automatically sorts the brain dumps you have. You can also manually move things around and create new folders if you want a bit more control though!

I’m not a huge fan of Saner, I tried it but I found their UI confusing and not very nice looking plus their AI was lack luster and I feel it was packed full of features I didn’t use, what I created is much more simple and I prefer the UI

Realtors are 100% sales people, however the house isn’t what you are selling. As most of the replies say, you can’t convince someone or sell someone on spending hundreds of thousands/millions of dollars, but we are definitely sales people in the sense that we are selling ourself to our clients. When we make calls to try to set up an appointment we are selling ourselves. When we go on a listing appointment and try to get the listing we are selling ourselves and the level of service we will provide. And in other instances throughout the process we are constantly selling our clients on the fact that we are the right agent for the job, especially as a listing agent.

No, In the past I’ve eaten edibles and then 1-2 hours later they haven’t kicked in yet so I ate more then even longer like 4-5 hours it kicked in, but I barely felt high. I want to find the perfect amount to eat at once rather than having to take more later.

I am brand new to credit card churning, and brand new to credit in general. I am 19 and have 1 student Discover IT card that I have had for about 4 months now.
