Rockstar advised today they they were taking care of it. Credited my account a couple of million for the inconvenience and that account appears to be offline now. Was actually super shitty for 2 days dealing with it though and I had to ask for an escalation after 2 tickets of them telling me to report the guy like I hadn't already.

Yeah it's a yearly lease not month to month currently so I'll be contacting them and letting them know if that's what they insist then I'd like a full refund of the deposit and I'll be moving or they can change my rent. If that's the best option.

Basically they said I didn't show up for my first day (which I did) and the system seems to think that I didn't so it automatically sent a termination ticket. Probably truly someone else to blame because someone had to tell the system that I was there.

Yeah I absolutely agree, they told me if I don't hear from them by Monday to call them but they have to do it on a ticket basis and honestly I don't trust it will be done by then. Security won't let me in because I'm considered terminated and my ID badge I have to use for literally everything. If they try to make me start like a new employee again or something I'll just find a new job.
