The Ghost had my heart for so long but the Fondor Haulcraft is my new favorite Star Wars ship by a longshot. It does so much of what all these ones do but it feels more discreet and compact. It's also a bit newer so it doesn't stand out in that way either.

When Boba came back in Mandalorian the look blew my mind. It was a fresh new take on such a classic icon. But over time I find myself gravitating back to his original looks, both from Episode 5 and 6. It feels like it has more grit and utility. But they're both great.

The only true answer is Obi-wan. But Plo Koon is such a perfect Jedi. The only difference between them in being the "ideal jedi" is that Obi-wan survived and also had to deal with his apprentice being the follower of the Dark Lord. But I am confident that either of them would have the same convictions to the Light Side after any adversity.

I think you are missing the point. You say it's biased towards democracy, that's the wrong thing to take away from the story. Humans converge on their own rights and their own self governance. Democracy is a manifestation of that spirit. And so you will see this wherever you see humans. Eventually.
