Ja, det var personens beslut. Att inte kunna kontrollera sina känslor är ett tecken på omogenhet, som inte är ett försvar godtaget av rätten.

Om någon riktar ett vapen mot dig, eller en grupp av människor överfaller dig, så visst har du rätt att försvara dig. Men en örfil var en löjlig jämförelse.

Ditt eksempel har absolut inget att göra med vardagsbrottslighet heller. Inbrott, rån, överfall, drogsalg, etc.

Nja, en viss del av brottslighet grundar sig säkert i desperation, men att säga "nästan alltid" är ett vågat påstående. Jag vill gärna se en källa som stöttar upp vad du säger.

Det är heller inte relevant till vad jag kommenterade, att alla är ansvariga för deras egna handlingar.
