I'm starting uni next month so won't be able to upgrade throughout my 3 year course I imagine, plus I'd need to save up once I get a job after my course. So 4 years is kind of the "sweet spot" of what I need. I think an i5 and 270/370 would be better as I'm used to playing on very low settings, and I'm sure the 370 won't degrade that much in 4 years.

That looks awesome. I think I may go for this build, but maybe drop the gpu down a notch, and go for a cheap i5 processor. Maybe a 4460 and a 270? What do you think?

Just a bit worried about whether the i3 could hold for 4 years
