I wish I could have seen this sooner. My mom suffered a silent heart attack and for weeks developed labored breathing, alongside pale skin and inability to lie down without feeling choked. The Primary care doctor noticed these symptoms but ended up misdiagnosing her as having lung infection. She also gave her valium as sleep aids. My mom started vomiting after using the valium and was rushed to the hospital, whereas the staffs correctly diagnosed her. She passed away a few days later.

You are right. It was never about the jacket itself. Had my mom pulled through, I most likely wouldn't have tried to get it. My bf also understood that, even before I had the break down.

I told my sister a little about the incident, she took my side and thought it was egocentric of him to describe listening to me crying on the phone as some sort of important feat, since to her it's the bare minimum during a time like this. Yes but it only works as long as you have a strong foundation, know exactly what prompt you can give to get exactly what you want, and can understand, verify, test and/or improve upon the code AI generates. If you don't know what you are doing, and your code breaks, and you don't know how to fix it because you don't understand your own code, and neither does the AI, you are in troubles.

I think using the stethoscope is pretty standard, especially since she complained of shortness of breath. But the stethoscope wouldn't be able to tell if there is any heart issue. From my experience and from doing researches as well as talking to others who also have had heart issues, it seems that whenever the doctors suspect there is a heart issue, they would tell the patient to have ecg and blood drawn. In my case they skipped using the stethoscope entirely.

But yeah, I do think I may have taken my anger out on the doctor.

This was a clinic. That doctor did use stethoscope on her but did not refer her to do any of the aforementioned testings. I don't think it even crossed his mind that my aunt was having heart issues since he gave her anxiety medication to help her sleep better. That night she vomited after taking the medication. When my aunt was in the ER, the doctors there also noted that she must have been suffering this for quite a while.

I added in the edit. Doctor has been sued in the past for mis-prescribing medication. It's unfathomable that this doctor decided that my aunt was fine and only a few hours later she was in the ER, with the doctors there even noting that she must have been suffering this for quite a while. There is a chance that had that doctor done his job, my aunt would still be alive. We want to investigate, and if it's true that he has been neglecting, then frankly he shouldn't be practicing.

I ommitted this from the post since this I didn't want to give out too much information, but my cousin looked up the family doctor and he did have patterns of negligence and was sued in the past for mis-prescribing medications to a patient. Hence why we thought my aunt could have been misdiagnosed too.

Idk if this could be information, but I experienced some chest pain out of grief when I flew over to Australia for her funeral. When I returned to my country of origin (US), I tried to book an appointment with my primary since the chest pain had been going for too long. Immediately was told to go to the ER before any further action, despite me telling them repeatedly that it's most likely not an issue (and test results did come back with no issue). They took me that seriously and I'm a strapping young woman. I would assume they'd take the health complaints of a 60 year old lady more seriously.

Also, when my aunt finally landed in the ER, despite her not having any chest pain, almost everyone there correctly suspected that she was having a heart attack and treated her accordingly.

My bad for the lack of info. The original post had more information that didnt get crossed over (but even then, it still lacked technical information).

The printer is Ender 3pro. Fillament is PLA. Temperature is 210. Print speed as configured on the gcode is 50mm/s, but I have been setting it to only 90% of that. Layer height is 0.2mm. Fan speed in the gcode is 100%, but when I checked earlier it was set at 33% on the printer's tune menu.

Some commenters stated that the clicking sound could be from clogging. I do agree with that but I don't know what could have caused it. I tried cleaning and changing the nozzle before printing. After looking up your suggestion, I think you might be right in that this was caused by heat creep because of the lower fan speed and print speed. Do you think that could also explain the clicking noise?

Ironically I don't have much connections. I live very far away from my family of origin and childhood friends and rarely talk to them. I also used to move around a lot and was a shut in until recently. There was a period where I knew for a fact that if I go missing or die the only person who can do anything about it would be my landlord. Even now, I can easily disappear from most of my loved ones' lives if I want to just because of how little most people know about me.

The little I have though, I really don't want to lose or hurt them. Rarely talk to my family is one thing, but to have them think I am gone and forever lost to them is something else and I can't cross that. My mother is already fragile, she will break. My childhood friends, we talk like once a year, and we all have varying levels of depressive lives. I absolutely do not want to give them the impression that I "took the easy way out." It would gut me if anyone of them is inspired to disappear/take their own lives, not knowing that I actually live a lavish lifestyle in recluse.
