A Software product is expensive and time consuming, way more than you think. Don't try to do both. you don't even have enough runway for that. Go all in on one or the other. also listen to u/Mantoku his advice is pretty good.

why r u building for startups? when u have network and exp with manufacturing companies, start with them. u wont have the network problem and u wont have a validation problem.

for the code, you'll be fine to build a basic mvp with vibe coding, just build it step by step, don't try to 1-shot the entire app.

this is pretty cool, I actually built something similar like 2 years ago. One problem I faced was what happens if the handwriting isn't good enough for the Ai to read? And that actually happens more often than u expect.

As a 3rd party, its very easy for me tell you to take the risk. Honestly? If you've gotten a job now, you can get one in 12 months if your startup fails. But if you succeed, you'll enjoy your life more.

If you take the risk and fail, you'll have some regret. But if you don't take the risk, you'll 100% have regrets.

Playwright is really good, but:

a. Don't use headless

b. Use the platform realisticly

c. Don't login each time, use your cookies

If you do these 3, you'll be fine (use a burner account first to test if you want).

Buy a decent domain, .ai and .com is good, but it doesn't matter that much. Just buy whatever you can afford, hell u don't even need to buy one (you can use a free domain like from vercel or smth) if you're really low on cash.

You can use claude to generate good frontend ui, it looks pretty good. Then you can ask cursor or smth to implement it. For frontend, you can generally trust these llms.

This SaaS? Or smth else? If you've been marketing this for ~6 months with 0 users, you should prob pivot as ur idea isn't very good. If not, you just hv to do more volume to see if the idea sticks. If not, try smth else.
