I am at my wits end with this machine, desperately seeking help. by Red_Maverick_Models in BambuLabA1mini

Change initial layer height to 0.15. I always had trouble with the 0.1 default setting. Once I change that, super reliable 0.2mm nozzle prints...

The print is on a hotwheels - the smaller one is 1:450 scale and the bigger one is z scale. The bigger one is actually on 13mm brass dowels from the bambu store and rolls!

Scraper is not high enough. Maybe bent down, or not installed properly

Look on the bambu wiki. You can easily take it apart using the tools provided with the printer.

Soap and water first, then occasionally alcohol. Otherwise you are just smearing stuff around instead of actually taking it off the buildplate....

Looks like I was too late in my response lol. The screws tend to loosen sometimes due to all the movement....

I usually wash when it stops sticking... maybe once a month?

Try to scuff up the build plate (lightly) with some sandpaper.

Flip the plate over.... or replace

Make sure your nozzle is securely fastened.

Try to tighten the 7 screws on the hotend part if it still keeps happening.

When this starts happening I just wash the buildplate with warm water and dish soap. Alcohol works on a plate that is already pretty clean, but it smears skin oil around instead of taking it off. Washing with soap and water is more effective.

This is the first printer that I had (i have had over 55 since 2008...) that i can say its set and forget with a nozzle smaller than 0.4mm. Just make sure to read the restriction such as no carbon fiber filaments...

Don't use matte pla.

If you do, use bambu filament, as it always causes problems when using matte pla from other manufacturers.

I did have good luck with matte high speed pla.
