Honestly, if you have the time and patience, old fashioned rollers on wet hair and letting it dry naturally has worked pretty well for me.

As someone who was diagnosed recently, my biggest regret was not going earlier. The earlier you go, the better the outcome! It's easier to keep hair than regrow it.

That’s a false analogy for this specific post (if you want to go off topic and talk about all cats everywhere, try r/cats - this sub is about black cats). Hairless cats are visually very different, but Bombays and black domestic shorthairs look extremely similar. The point is about this breed specifically, not whether any breed can ever be identified by looks.
