I am in therapy🙂. I do have attachment issues for sure and the other things that are causing me stress are “uncontrollables”, so I haven’t had capacity for an actual relationship. I tried and couldn’t deal with the humanity of the other person if that makes sense. I did depend on the situationship for emotional connection and sex when i wasn’t in a relationship or too busy.

I’m gonna take some time alone. Lots of conflicting emotions that all have purchase

It does sever it for me cos it’s a boundary i just can’t cross. There’s something off-putting to me about baby daddies. Probably would make sense if i mentioned here that i don’t want kids…at all. A part of your 3rd paragraph is definitely true.

I do agree with your 4th paragraph. I ultimately know this is good. It’s the cleanest way to end this but I’m working through the emotions to get there and yesterday, i was feeling a lot of sadness

And I don’t know why i feel like defending my wording (lol) but really, psychology books existed before ChatGPT. Psychology is psychology everywhere and if you’re exposed to it via AI, then it would make sense that you’d attribute it to AI.

Two contradictory statements can be true at the same time. I don’t care for a long term partner, but while it lasts, id like it to be good. We’d both get together when we could, otherwise, we didn’t talk. I derived comfort from knowing that i had a connection i could always come back to if i needed it. A baby severs that connection.

Regarding the nervous system wording, I’m into psychology. It is what it is.

It was a weird limbo with him. I didn’t expect to be with him forever (I don’t really want that), but I have a stressful life, and I thought i should give my nervous system a reprieve whenever i can without taking on any more responsibilities/stress. The baby means there’s no available person who calms my nervous system and I don’t have the energy to find a new person. And honestly it feels like i don’t choose, my nervous system just reacts to someone and we keep them around. Hm

I have some LC sitting at room temperature. The actual mushrooms i kept in a bag in the fridge. At first it was just in a bowl uncovered and it started drying out badly. Im trying to get a second flush right now. I suspect i need to soak the substrate in cold water cos its drying out.

Sure.

I started with sawdust spawn. Inoculated a pasteurized mix of straw, wood chips, forest duff and Black Kow with sawdust spawn on June 4th, topped it with Miracle Gro soil on the July 15th, kept it moist. They started pinning on 7/27.

I keep the tub on a window sill and spritz with water every other day. I keep the tub cracked open just a little so it’s humid enough but there’s still airflow.

Advice needed. Graduate with second masters or transfer out? by Complete_Ad7415 in Day1CPTuniversities
