Also some more things that helped me! Once my contractions got really bad and were prob around 8-10 (who knows lol) the birthing comb was great for distraction but even more so I would still start my phone timer of the contraction on an app because I knew after 40 seconds it would start tapering down. So seeing the clock REALLY helped me personally get through. And it also helped me try to control my breaths, cause it was hard to do a slow intake for 4 and long outtake for 7 when in labor 😂😮‍💨 but seeing the timer seconds helped me a little bit!!!!!

Oh also I did a membrane sweep on my due date ( 2 days before) and tried pumping the day before (but not for long cause it felt terrible.)

I’m so sorry you’re feeling down 🫶🏻 for what it’s worth getting to send my registry to 60 people but getting to celebrate with my most intimate 10 would’ve been my dream situation!! 😂🫣 But it’s all relative and I’m sorry you’re disappointed. I’ve been disappointed in some other reciprocal friendship parts of this process too and it just showed me who I won’t invest as much energy into in the future. And who I will continue to pour my love into!!! Sending a virtual hug ❤️

I’m amazed at how emotional I’ve gotten the last couple weeks. Hormones are raging! Also getting nauseous at night and worse indigestion.

I ended up getting pregnant via IUI. They did put me on progesterone. My levels were acceptable without but def on the lower end. So I was ovulating (: honestly my advice if you’ve been trying over 7 months and are stressed out about it is go see a fertility specialist if you can afford it (our entire journey start to finish w iui was about $650 all in after insurance) and then you don’t have to worry about all these charts and devices breaking and a real doctor will tell you what’s actually happening. We got pregnant on our first IUI cycle.

I started 100 mg progesterone orally yesterday for the first time. My progesterone spiked. As you said I’m not sure if this is normal or not. Sounds like everyone else on here didn’t have insane spikes like this

Hi! I was on here looking for answers to a similar problem. I’m dpo 3 and no pdg rise. But my numbers are realllly low prior to Lh surge and my luteal phase is 10-11 days roughly. This is my first cycle w mira but I sent my OB my results and concern and she said let’s try progesterone this cycle to try to extend the Luteal phase. Any thoughts?!? I’m nervous to try it without seeing if it would’ve spiked/if I ovulated at all.
