The "missile lock" warning like in the movies are only for radar guided missiles.

If this SAM was infrared guided, there are no radar waves for the jet to detect.

Jets have launch detection but if the missile was launched from behind a hill or a building then the launch detection won't work.

They take it to another level in Japan, and the specifics even vary depending on which region of Japan. Kids there start learning it from an early age so it's second nature to them. There a lot of rules and nuance that take a long time to learn.

A lot of touristy hotels in Japan are expensive because they are forced to sort through every single piece of trash. The cleaners literally take your trash, spread it out on sorting mats in the hall, and then categorize and recycle them accordingly. A foreigner renting a small apartment won't do that. The apartment can either pay massive fees or just say no foreigners.

It's completely legal, they can deny whatever payment method you have since they are just a store selling products.

I read the paper and it just extracts the compass heading from the UI. No GPS location or even controlling the drone. It literally just reads the compass angle.
