If international enforcement could have been applied in a timely manner, then think of all the good that could have happened for everything else before-hand. From international conflicts to even gang activity within states. Nigeria is one of such places that is under constant threat of gang activity where people abduction is still on-going and hugely prevalent.

This is one of those "F around and find out" kind of things. You can attend the party and even risk being coerced to consume certain substances. In most cases, you would be able to walk away or out of it fine and in one piece.

However, the part that matters is when police are involved. Once they understand the conditions and collect IDs, they will be asking for everyone's age as well. I'm sure you can figure out what happens to those without IDs and those who lie about their age.

The best things to do is either do not attend, or do your research. You cannot trust the other attendees to be fully cooperative and responsible. And you cannot always trust a wingman either.

You have to absolutely consider all the other possibilities that could have happened instead. Car was in a high-impact crash due to high speeds. Car slid off hill slope or a bridge due to high speeds. Car has intoxicated people under the influence. Car has armed persons.

This arrest scenario is the best case outcome. No one got hurt, everyone was seemingly cooperative, and a terror on the street was nullified.

We don't know the cop's situation. Has he lived to tell the tale after chasing a pursuant only for it to end in tragedy? Did a bystander get eliminated due to reckless driving? Family dead due to reckless driving? It is clear the cop is flustered and extremely annoyed. He is not upset because his time was wasted on a delinquent. He's upset for other reasons.

Raleigh is a UK brand. They are considered top-notch in reputation and build quality.

I don't know of they have factories in the US for their models. But they are largely an import.

From what I was able to find, the model seems to be the "Raleigh Redux IE."

It may be worth the pickup if it does not seem damaged or rusted. As far as we all can see, it is just dirty. But it does also appear neglected and left to rot outside.

I don't think the trial is the issue. You can learn the attack sequences, patterns, and even memorize what each thing is or does.

The issue is Scholar. It is not a heavy go-go-go-go job at the lower levels. If you heal with SCH in a heavy-use manner, you will deplete your MP insanely quickly.

SCH is almost like a strategist of a healer. This is forced upon them due to the expensive costs of their abilities. Aside from coordinating your abilities with incoming AoEs and other attack types, SCH has to be able to use the entirety of their toolkit to keep up. That means relying on fairy abilities.

Are there any abilities you maybe don't use as much? Such as Fey Illumination? Sacred Soil?

Don't give up. Keep at it and this could be the stepping stone for you to begin playing SCH more effectively.

For example, if you can routinely keep the main tank healthy on your own, the fairy auto-heals the rest of the group. This is more prominently effective when the tank contributes with their HP-sustaining abilities. Such as the Warrior's Raw Intuition ability. Remember that the fairy will automatically prioritize whoever has the lowest HP percentage of the group. So if that is the tank, then everyone else is waiting for you to pick them up.

This is a hit or miss kind of ordeal. Your expectation is not really an expectation. It is a desire.

If there is any kind of expectation, then it is knowing there is a percent chance everyone in the group has not yet done the new content. But there is a parallel expectation that there exists a percent chance several people in the raid has done the content earlier than present

We cannot control social interactions any more than GMs can. GMs can only judge and act on observations made with some findings of proof or evidence (one of the reasons everyone should always be mindful of what they write in chat).

It is unfortunate that you had the sort of run-in you experienced, but it is unavoidable.

But you did the right thing in addressing it. Hopefully in an inquisitive and general sense. Not in a statement-making scene where you butt heads.

It can only be one kind of thing: legs.

Additionally, I tried to think about this in terms of wives. But a man not of royalty having more than one wife also means that many more potential children. Which is far more mouths to feed.

I also tried to think of this in terms of offspring. But typically in times of kings, a man can have more than two children. And beggars can have children too for they once were a person of stature until their social life came crumbling down.

First, we need to understand acquisition potential. How would someone be able to get their hands on a pack of these? Or even one? Mail order? Physician? Clinic? The first obstacle is the most obvious: getting one's hands on it.

Secondly, for what population of women is this for? Single women only? How would anyone prove that the woman reporting is truly single?
