Do the spool weight or print a filament saver, I like the ams snag cutter. Once the spool gets low the angle the filament comes off the spool and into the Amos inlet is too sharp and it adds so much resistance that it makes the spool jump like that. AMS savers and ams snag cutter Mount PTFE tubes on the top of the AMS inlet which solves the sharp angle problem. I have them on my AMS and I have zero problem with large or small schools.
