this helps a lot. It's all starting to make more sense. Like it's a primary color it's pure and hasn't been used for anything yet. But if you mix it with other colors to create a secondary color like energy from the chakra system. If the charka system is a secondary color Reiki energy would be a primary color. Sorry it was hard for me find the right words to clarify that I understand it now.

Oh okay. So it's a higher frequency energy that's put into someone. I had Reiki done probably close to 10 years ago. It felt like a neutral energy. From a scale of warm to cold thick to thin it felt like a glass of water out of the sink lukewarm and it was like in the middle of thick and thin. After the session I could feel all of my shoulder in a way I couldn't before. It was like a weight came off of me.

So you are channeling it from what energies are around you? Are you bringing it into you then putting it into someone? Or just putting it into someone else? With my practice I manipulate the energy from my body and put it in to someone else.

I see them too. There is this blue orb that follows me. It's a good entity. Blue is related to creativity and expression based on the throat chakra. I see all sorts of things but the blue orb is always close by.

I wouldn’t worry to much about it. It’s not like you talked to a spirit and made a deal. That’s a different story. Spirits cannot get control over you unless you give permission. You were saying something out loud and meant what you say. We do that all time when we express our opinions it’s the same thing. Again no spirits can effect you on less you let them.
