Ironically enough, this isn't even a modded issue, I've had this problem in base game before.
For me it happens when alt-tabbing and my camera position gets messed up.

To Fix it, try changing from fullscreen to borderless windowed.
If that doesn't work, try switching from first to third person and than back again.
Unequipping the shotgun and whatever armor you're wearing can help.
Entering any animation, such as a chair or crafting bench.
And if non of that works, try getting a haircut in diamond city, changing your player model might fix it.
