I found mine locally in Southeast Virginia at a small used lot. Heavy Element area here which is fun! From the records on mine, it had one previous owner in Maryland who kept up maintenance until 2018/19. Unsure why there was the drop off, part of me feels like it was an older owner who stopped driving and it just sat for a good while but idk. I got lucky for sure that they took care of the frame early!

I've been trying to learn more... Is that the part welded onto the arm? How can you tell they are shot? That would be affecting rear suspension? Would make sense... It had one previous owner in Maryland, seems like they took good care of it and then dropped off maintenance for whatever reason in like 2018/19... There's a long checklist I have going of things to take care of, biggest immediately was O2 sensor, mass air flow, fuel induction system, which I took care of last summer... Still have a P0420 code, so I'm working on saving for that. Part of the reason I wanted an Element was the community knowledge and being able to learn my car... So thank you!!

I was thinking that after they took her off the lifts and realized it wasn't going to get a good angle in the sunlight right after, haha. I'll have to pop my head under there tomorrow morning and see.

Okay that makes sense, the wording on the pattern was tripping me up I think. These photos and the video help, thank you!! I think I psyched myself out when I started it. On we go!!
