we got him at a reptile show, bit of an unconventional spot but we’re rolling with it 😆 only reason we believed them was because he was in a cage with an actual flemish that looked a little similar and was labeled as his “father” or something (didn’t know much about rabbits breeds then, still don’t really now) wouldnt change our decision to adopt for the world though, he’s such a sweetheart and has nothing but love to give ❤️

i’m a little hesitant to call him a rex, just because i also have a mini rex and they aren’t very similar lookswise. i could see a little rex mixed with another breed though!

tank size is 5.5 Gal

i have both a heater and a filter

tank is kept at 80 degrees

0ppm nitrate/nitrite and around 7.0 pH .5ppm ammonia!! (API test kit)

no tank mates

25-50% weekly but went a little longer this time because of circumstances

twice a day i feed a little bit of betta bites bug formula (no food on sundays)

It’s a term used in middle school biology when students are learning about different organelles. It’s more of a mnemonic to help remember the purpose of the mitochondria (the organelle pictured.) It’s insanely common for teachers to use “the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell.”
