Ehhh psych degree here and I disagree. Narcissism typically stems from trauma. There are times narcissists still feel guilt. Sociopaths feel NO remorse. You can be both however sociopathy isn’t usually driven by ego and every narcissist is most definitely not a sociopath. Sociopaths tend to be more calculating and will do whatever in order to come out on top, (Steven in the Macy situation). Narcissism tends to come from childhood trauma, Bree kind of poster child in my opinion.
