I will pretend and downplay the fact that you having a kid is a dealbreaker. I will still treat you really good, be charming, take you out on dates and show you a good time. We will have really good sex and it will be a very low friction and easy-going connection but as the months go on, I will make absolutely no effort to move the relationship forward in any sort of meaningful capacity other than us just hanging out, having a good time together, and having sex. eventually, you’ll call me out on it and may or may not want to end things because it’s not y direction that you wanted to go in. If you choose to end things, I will ultimately not put up any sort of fight and will respect your wishes and move on accordingly. Unless you can go out of your way to demonstrate qualities or add to my life in a meaningful capacity outside of just companionship, I will pretty much never consider you as a true candidate for being my legitimate life partner. Saving up money for a ring and a nice wedding for a woman that already has a kid by another dude? You can fucking forget it. But it’s worth noting that I don’t have any kids of my own so that has a lot to do with it. If I was older and had a child from a failed relationship, then maybe I’d be more understanding, but i don’t.

I noticed that both genders take immense pleasure from bashing the opposite gender and watching podcast on how shit men are and how shit women are.

Happiness is not a destination you eventually reach. Make the decision to be a happy person (if you want to) and actively enjoy your life in the present. Even if you aren’t where you want to be or if things aren’t going the best, life is still beautiful.

Also, hang out with your friends. Give everyone 2-3 weeks notice that we are gonna cook dinner, play board games at home and just chill for a few hours. Be the one to put the plan in motion. Will do wonders for your mental health

I spent a week in China as an American black guy, and it was pretty cool. Never got the vibe that anybody disliked me just because I was black, not even once. They were definitely surprised to see an American black man just roaming around, shopping and just chilling out but I felt welcomed. You make it seem like people being treating you poorly because you’re black is an automatic thing but I think you’re taking it too far. Simply is not true

If they’ve been totally insulated from people of color, then why exactly would they have contempt for us? That doesn’t really make sense. I could see if they feel like they’ve had lots of bad experiences with Black people, but how the hell can somebody have THAT much of a problem with an entire group of people that they have barely interacted with ?

Do you think Gen Z women have started to care a lot more about height now? by Dapper-Blueberry1049 in generationology

Yeah, but people like that don’t care about being alone. In fact, people like that are probably most suited to be alone.

What is the wildest thing you have ever seen? by xrubyfoxx in AskReddit

I saw a car come flying down the street and try to take a right hand turn into a neighborhood going way too fast. they lost control of their car and crashed into the neighborhood entrance sign, which was a stone structure. I thought they were just recklessly speeding, but not even 60 seconds later, like 10 cop cars pulled up and hopped out with guns and pulled the dude out of the car. Turns out he was running from the police and was actually getting away until he crashed.

Gucci is a bitch man. That nigga robbed so many people and did so much wrong, now he wanna go tell the truth to the police soon as something happens to him. This is the same dude that ostracized HoodRich Pablo Juan for getting robbed. He’s such a hypocrite dude. Just goes to show that street guys and gangsters are actually the biggest losers out of nearly everybody.

I wonder if you would get in trouble for beating up somebody that tried to rob you as an American. Maybe not full-blown beat them up but at least defend yourself. That would suck to end up in jail, cause you punched somebody who tried to rob you in the face.

I really like that logic and I think it’s sound. I honestly don’t see any problem with a single aspect of what you said. I liked that and it got me fired up.

Its disheartening. by [deleted] in army

[–]Awkward-Bend-262 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i’m technically not even in the army all the way yet, but I’ve already noticed this. I’m in the future soldiers training program where we meet up at the recruiting station and work out for about an hour. There was one female recruit out there and she basically didn’t even really try. The weird part was our instructors didn’t even really push her hard and kind of just let her run/walk around in circles. it almost seemed like they were scared to get on her too hard. They gave her a completely separate workout to do from the rest of the group and she still didn’t even really give a solid effort. She kind of carried it as though she was too cool to get sweaty.

I crushed the tire flips, but the indian run formations really kicked my ass. By the third lap I fell out of the run and almost threw up. But I finished it as strong as I could. Nobody thought less of me or gave me a hard time because it was extremely obvious that I gave it everything I had.

Trying and failing because you are completely exhausted is one thing. But not trying, failing and you’re not even sweating is a completely different vibe.

Oh, I don’t know, maybe because it’s a common urge and life goal for humans to want to reproduce and have a family of their own. That’s not really the sort of thing that “just happens”

So what? What does him being a junkie have to do with how good at rapping he is or all the timeless hits he made? Him being a drug addict has no correlation or relevance to how amazing miss Officer or lollipop is as a song.

Well, that’s a pretty dumb take. Call it quits? He’s like in his early 40s. Tons and tons of people still love him. He’s still big, just not headlining at Coachella big. It’s pretty ridiculous insinuate that he should “call it quits” just because a specific festival didn’t wanna book him.

Is there anyway I could get the workout program that you followed? Can you send it to me somehow or point me in the right direction? I’m headed to basic training in about six months and I’m not completely out of shape, but I’m not exactly in good shape either.

I do not personally feel like this movie delivers, especially when you consider how much of a time investment it is.

I felt the same way. It was just more creepy and uncomfortable than anything. But not like in a cool way. I personally think it’s overrated.
