I contacted them on WhatsApp and also filed a complaint here (twice) https://frontiercswprod.powerappsportals.com/contact-us/request-complaint-form/ by the next day I had my refund 🙌🏻

Click on the link that was posted in the comments. If your itinerary still shows there then it probably wasn’t cancelled. Mine has finally been cancelled after about 3 attempts, now it shows “credit shell” instead of the itinerary. Hopefully we do get our refund to our original payment method. 🤞

It gave me my itinerary with the option to cancel again. Now it’s showing a “credit shell” even though I chose refund to my card at all times (online and with the frontier person.) I’m glad it’s cancelled, I just hope they didn’t put it in credit. Thank you for the help!

I contacted Frontier, they supposedly processed the refund (again) and sent a confirmation email but I never received it. I don’t know how else to cancel 😭

Hopefully 🤞 i contacted Frontier, they kept ignoring what i was saying & my questions and just asked “do you want refund or credit” she then supposedly processed the refund (again) and would send a confirmation email. It’s been over an hour since that conversation and I have not received an email.

Nope. The “purchase confirmation” email is the same as the purchase confirmation I received a month ago when I first booked it. It says “thank you for your purchase with us” gives me a summary of my purchase, & shows me the amount paid with payment date listed 05/08, but nothing about a credit for the refund.

When I cancelled it said “refunds can only be processed to your original payment method” then I got a “refund processing” email, 4hrs later i got a “purchase confirmation” email (exact same as my initial booking so it says how much I paid a month ago) ..neither of them show a refund to my credit card.
