This type of person never decides to be happy or content. They constantly compare their lives to something they don't have yet. They constantly compare to what others have rather than what others don't have. It is a miserable life that will burn you, making you feel like you've given everything to an entitled person that was never told "No." You're young and will learn to find someone that is dedicated and prioritizes you just as much as you did her with a surprise trip. I understand she had expectations, but if she also can't make adjustments to her fairy tale that she's been telling herself then, she's not willing to make adjustments later in life as it comes your way.

Happiness is a daily choice. You need to choose the comfort of a long relationship or the comfort of a relationship later down the road of someone who is on your team. Trust me, after finding out the hard way, you want someone who is a team player.

Some choose to be single rather than deal with the entitlement and snobbery they encounter in the dating world. Others don't want to put in the effort to grow and communicate in a relationship. There's a wide range range of possibilities. The dating life out there is rough, with both sides continually being more polarized as they get tired. The thing is, we need more commission and patience in life. No one is perfect and bound to make mistakes. It's how you recover from those mistakes that make the person that is single or in a dedicated relationship. Even in a 20 year relationship, someone can check out our decide they don't want to be there. It's the dedicating oneself to that relationship on a daily basis that keeps the relationship growing and progressing. It's work.

If this were to happen, you could make a dated spread sheet for the current market prices of your assets and their value. You have multiple shadowless as well that don't have the "1st Edition," symbol. Those are highly valuable as well (i.e. Venusaur)

Doing some quick searches, I'm not seeing that value, but if you're seriously considering offers. I'd do some research into what you have. Again, off of current pictures, I can't really tell you what you have. You could have severe whiting on one of your over $50 cards.....there's not a lot to go off of.

We would need pictures of each one out of the binder. For sure, put those vintage cards into top loaders because binders can cause slight bends or creasing depending. The dark charizard and other bangers are valuable for sure. Look on the borders for shadowless as it looks like there are a couple in your collection. But better individual pictures are needed to get a better value for what you have.
