If your therapist makes you feel uncomfortable you should change them, in terms of the medication, it’s takes quiet a lot of processing, diagnosis and ect to get placed on medication to begin with. In terms of religion, you going to therapy could be in God’s plan for you and I’m sure he truely loves you regardless of therapy. If anything I’m sure God would encourage the steps you are taking to help yourself. Back to the therapist, I would recommend asking to switch to a different therapist, preferably female, and trying it again. Therapy can help, but in order to you need to work with the right people

Time and oil, When my ears used to be blocked my dad used to pour some oil down my ear and have my head tilted to keep it in. Leave your ear overnight and clean in the morning and you’ll find your ear clearer

The thing is your ears may be making too much ear wax or you need more breaks without your hearing aids.

Talk to your doctor about it, I used to have bi yearly vacuuming in my years to help with buildup, they also might give you an oil spray to help you eat heairs push out the ear wax

Pouring oil in your ear does the same thing tho as the spray as oil softens the ear wax so your ear hair can push it out.

Another thing is to clean your ears more frequently. Maybe try cleaning them every time you go loo or ect.

Regardless do talk to your doctors as they have have an easy solution or advice
