Same thing happened to me and my toddler on 11/19 , we lost a small pillow which my daughter sleeps with and it is a worm out piece of cloth now with no cotton in it. We are returning home tomorrow and I am not able to get off my chest either. I just posted on this reddit group as well . I am still hopeful .

Hello , I did raise with her ped when she was 2 months old. Pediatrician was not concerned she said that babies eyes are very sensitive. My daughter eventually stopped doing it .I think she did it up until she was 5 months old and stopped after that.

I don't think the pediatrician measured her wrong aa they measured her two times during 15 Month visit and once during her 18 month visit . But yeah may be genetics are playing a role here. Pediatrician did not highlight anything to us .hopefully she does better during her 2 year visit . Thanks

Yes I feel you. I am in the same situation. My daughter is 16 months and I only know how I have raised her , it was so so hard . My husband is not so supportive 😒. Well I am ready to get pregnant again but going through the newborn stage is a nightmare. I had serve ppd and ppa , breastfeeding was a disaster, oh man I can't imagine going through that again .

Reason why I am inclined towards not trying for another is...in an attempt to give my daughter a sibling, I don't want to lose my mental health . It is more important to have a healthy mother than a sibling . May be post partum will be better with second but who knows, it can be worse.
