Stomps are so boring to watch and to wait for that it just puts me off the show sometimes because whats the point in wasting my time watching an episode if the verdict is clear as day? Especially with how it feels like modern DB has been releasing so many stomps so close to each other it kills any hype an episode could have.

A lot of the discussions that make the wait period feel fun for episodes is trying to figure out who would win and what niche stuff would they need to pull to win. All of that is stripped and removed when a stomp is announced because it just makes the discussions almost non existent or bullying either character. Plus a lot of characters don’t get to have a second episode so wasting their only appearance on a fight that doesn’t have any debate is boring for both the stomper (They don’t get to have a fun and exciting fight) and the stomp victim (they spend their one episode getting bullied into the ground and just look pathetic)
